From Mission Statement to Action Statement:

Open-Enrollment Public Lectures on Agentic AI

Conversations and understanding of AI today are largely confined to generative AI—mostly chatbots and, at best, automated text generation. This narrow focus has created widening gaps across society and organizations, further deepening disparities between those with technical expertise and those without.

To advance public understanding and practical learning of how AI enhances day-to-day work—from strategic to operational to managerial levels, and, importantly, decision intelligence—I am launching open-enrollment public lectures. Each module emphasizes hands-on experience that goes beyond conceptual understanding—the most effective way to learn AI in practice.

Moving beyond prompt engineering with generative AI, participants will step into the frontier of Agentic AI, building and experimenting with real-world applications that bring intelligence to life.

My vision for the future of work is one led by Analytical Buildersindividuals who think like scientists, guided by data-informed and evidence-based decision intelligence, yet who don’t stop at thinking but move forward to build. These are the learners I aim to inspire, develop, and empower through these experiences.

This year, I’ve received many inquiries about how to begin learning AI and analytics—from those who have taken my courses at Singapore Management University or through open-enrollment modules, attended my closed-door talks, or read my op-ed on AI (which, to me, is something of a mission statement). I’ve had the privilege of providing individual consultations to some of those close to me, offering guidance on mastering AI and analytics comprehensively, and supporting them throughout their learning journey.

Yet not everyone has the bandwidth or access for a personal consultation with me. As I also have limited capacity to respond to every query (we all have only 24 hours—and I simply receive too many emails), I’ve created the form below to consolidate these inquiries, making follow-up easier and allowing me to provide at least a quick response. I’ll reply with brief answers on Sunday.

For now, let me share the confirmed schedule for 2026.
